Application is available on town’s website under Use of town facilities forms. The fees are also listed on the website under meeting rooms in the fee schedule (follow link).
All rentals require a $50.00 deposit.
A certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming the Town of Eagar as an added insured is required if food is being served, physical activities or demonstrations are involved.
All signed applications are to be submitted to town hall and payment made prior to use.
