Between February 16th and March 15th, the Eagar Police Department handled 197 calls for service. Of these calls there were 41 animal control calls, 24 agency assists, 89 calls for service, 14 criminal investigations, 25 municipal code issues and four collisions.

On February 20, officers responded to an Injury Collision at East Central Avenue and North Butler Street. Lavada Fitch, age 89, of Eagar was charged with Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign. She was cited and released.
On February 23, officers responded to a Non-Injury Collision on North Main Street. Jonathan A. Jones, age 37, of Springerville was charged with Failure to Control Speed to Avoid an Accident. He was cited and released.
On March 8, Genevieve Murphy, age 45, of Anthony, NM was arrested and charged with Aggravated DUI. She was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On March 10, a 12-year-old male of Eagar was charged with Incorrigible Juvenile. He was referred to Apache County Juvenile Probation.
On March 12, officers responded to a Non-Injury Collision on North Main Street and 1st Avenue. Brandon Wareham, age 26, of Green River, Utah was charged with Failure to Yield from a Private Drive. He was cited and released.
On March 15, Nina Merriweather, age 52, of Eagar was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Comply. She paid the fine and was released from custody.
